Just throwing this out there…I sent an older but very good condition cell phone to Flipswap via Recyclebank right after the first of the year. My account has never been credited and they do not respond to e-mails. I did some searching online (of course, after the fact) and it looks like other users have had the same problem. I am hoping this is just a fluke, but others said that when they pressed the issue they were told their phones arrived broken (but were not sent broken) so they were worth $0. Flipswap refused to credit them with points or return the phones. Just don't want to see anyone else with the same issue! If you do Recyclebank, don't choose Flipswap!
