My account has never been credited and they do not respond to e-mails. I did some searching online (of course, after the fact) and it looks like other users have had the same problem. I am hoping this is just a fluke, but others said that when they pressed the issue they were told their phones arrived broken (but were not sent broken) so they were worth $0. Flipswap refused to credit them with points or return the phones. Just don't want to see anyone else with the same issue! If you do Recyclebank, don't choose Flipswap!
