MySurvey has just changed the way they do their rewards. You used to only be able to cash out for $10 checks but now you can cash out for Amazon gift cards, paypal, checks and MANY MANY other rewards.
I just cashed out for a $10 amazon gift card (it was less points than a check) Plus it only took 10 minutes to get the code in my email
