We were heading to a cookout and I needed hot dogs and buns so I stopped at Publix with my B1G2 Ball Park Franks Albertsons coupon. When I got to Publix, they had the tear pads for Free Sara Lee buns wyb 2 Ball Park Franks.
The cashier didn’t want me to use the Albertsons coupon at all “because they were already BOGO” so I told her to just take off 1 pack instead of 2 then. She agree to do it while rolling her eyes but at least I got a decent deal.
4 packs of Ball Park Franks and 2 packs of Sara Lee buns for $3.99

Now would be an awesome time to use the $2 off Ball Park facebook coupon. I used 4 of those with 2 of the Sara Lee buns and I had a .06 overage!

Why did you pay anything? If its bogo hot dogs and a bogo q then they would both be free (thats what it wouldve been if they took off one) ans then the buns were free too. Help please lol
I had gotten 4 with one coupon so I thats why I paid for one. I was in a hurry and honestly didn’t feel like fighting for it so I just went ahead and paid for 1 and got 3 free (she was not so nice, glad it wasn’t MY Publix)
I had a BOGO coupon that I used at Publix a while back, when the specified item was BOGO. The cashier said she’d have to call a manager, and I told her I didn’t mind. The manager said the cashier absolutely should go ahead and do it, because the manufacturer doesn’t know what they’re charging.
My suggestion: next time, ask for a manager
Well this was a store coupon not a manuf coupon so Publix wasn’t getting reimbursed anything from the coupon so that is why I didn’t argue that I should get 4 for free LOL
