How can the Osmocote offer be over when your offer said it was good until June 30, 2011? My daughter bought the product counting on the rebate and now you pulled it early?

I just called them and they don’t know why the rebate form is no longer available online when the rebate is still good if you purchase before June 30. Does anyone have a PDF of the coupon?
