it says they have been tested and have a 1 year warranty so I assume they are (they may have some surface scratches or something)
YES! I don’t think any is wrong with refurbs. The last refurb tablet I bought came with a totally new screen and accessories. You couldn’t even tell it wasn’t brand new.
