A few weeks ago I posted about how I had to pay extra postage when I got the Chicken of the Sea freebie. Well I decided to post on their facebook wall about it and say how disappointed I was in having to pay more in postage than it would have cost for a packet of tuna after coupons. I wanted to update you all with how they handled it…
Today I got an apology letter along with $1 cash and a coupon for a free product (up to $3)
Now THAT is how a company should handle a mistake. WAY TO GO CHICKEN OF THE SEA !!!

I wish I had a blog so I could bring some attention to Sabra and their stupid Ambassador campaign. Everyone was on their FB wall complaining that they registered and never got a coupon. They never did anything about it!
