I saw on another website that Dollar Tree corporate stated they will not take coupons that are for more than the $1.00 price of an item. They even refused to take coupon when the purchase was for sufficient items to cover the value of the coupon (in this case 3 items for the $3 coupon.) YMMV with your store.
I thought for the coupon policy you cannot use this coupon, since higher than the value.
I am not at home but is there a $1/1 covergirl coupon in the parade as well?
