I took the poll and it said “Thanks for voting, you got 0 points” and showed my total still at 125 which it was when I started. Dont know why I didnt earn any points

Best Buy rep on Facebook says there’s a glitch in the system that makes it show 0 and delays updating the total. The 25 points shows up in my history, just hasnt been added yet.
