Did the South Beach bars not work or are you waiting for more items to use the overage?
I didn’t get them in this trip… not sure what to make of that coupon… south beach customer service says its fine and their facebook PR person said its not. I will let everyone decide what they want to do
I heard that the coupon is scanning just fine for the cheaper bars. I think I am going to get them because the verbage matches the cereal bars perfectly fine to me.
i agree… snack bar to me is a variety of bars and even their website says the publix bogo variety is a great snack sooooooo…..
Worked for me
I did 2 boxes today. The coupon beeped. The cashier read the coupon then manually entered it. I stopped by CS first and asked. They did not give me a clear ruling. I am not sure if I am going to do any more or not. Publix is sooo very good to us I would not want to give them a bad coupon. I still have 14 coupons left.
I have 2 coupons and I am going to use them if I will find any of the bars. In our stores it’s usually there are usually 3 different kinds and about 6-7 of each. If somebody would come with 14 coupons, there is nothing will be left. And besides you can’t buy more than 10 items when BOGO, the cashier will refuse it or say come next time. I have this problem twice when I was going to buy more than 10 items.
I would agree with your logic if they didn’t have a product that is clearly labeled “Snack Bars”. I was majorly disappointed about this coupon too, but it’s not meant for the cheap bars. The coupon could definitely have benefited from some better wording though.
yes and if their own customer service hadn’t told people all day long that the coupon was good on cereal bars, that would be good too
But they also posted on Facebook that this coupon is specifically not good on the “protein fit” and “good to go” bars. I’m not arguing that SBD hasn’t put their foot in it with this one, but they’ve commented that it’s a no go on the bars on sale, and the items the coupon is good for appear in the picture below the ad. When did we become so greedy that we’d try to convince ourselves something is right just because we want it to be?

okay, i’m just going to pull up a chair and sit in the jealous corner! I can’t find the EAS singles anywhere, my cat treat coupon was $1/3 and we no longer get redplum inserts around here. Smartsource won’t print for me (java issues), and I was, admittedly, a horrible Bzzagent so i don’t hear from them anymore.

And I was feeling upset because the EAS coupon was in the insert that came the week where I was shorted from 2 of my 4 subscriptions.
Oh, I don’t mean to make you feel bad…if I can’t get the deals, I’m VERY happy to see someone who is getting stuff they can use for their family!

I have had a horrible time getting hold of a lot of these Q’s too! One thing, tho- If you are using Mozilla Firefox to print Smartsource that “could” be your problem. Try using IE to print Smartsource. I have had the same difficulty as you, but as soon as I switched, I was able to print! Good luck.
A lot of people are having issues printing any coupon that requires Java. I know for me I have to hit print and try over and over probably about 4 times before it finally prints
