I need to understand this, I tried to do this transaction. They didn’t allow it. because they said they are giving me a free product, the same with colgate toothpaste deal which is 2.50 from cvs machine and .50 cents manufacturer. colgate was on sale for 3 and also the vitamin d BOGO they didn’t allow me to use one coupon per item. I had very disaster shopping to them. Is this right? Am I missing something…. pls. help…
They were wrong you are absolutely allowed to use one store coupon and one manufacturer coupon on one item. However they may adjust the manufacturer coupon down if it exceeds the price of the product
Thanks Amy, i was so angry that I just walked out and didn’t purchased anything at all. They did this to me like 3 times already and I’ve been explaining to them the same thing I alaways do. I had no problem before since the manager is new he didnt resolved the issue either, the cashies was rude. But when i used it to other cvs, it was fine.
I did try to purchase the Tena pads too which I got the 7 dollars coupon and the 14 dollars for the tena Underwear. they didn’t let me purchase the item because my coupon worth more than the items. What a day for me! I ended up not getting any purchase at all too!!! I made complaint report to the cvs. com so I hoping I will get a response. At least have this isssue resolve so other shoppers will not have a problem like I encountered.
