I love Perdue products because they always taste good and I never have to worry that they aren’t top quality products. When I was contacted by the company recently to see if I would review their new Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Roast I quickly said YES. Then when I found out just how easy of a dinner this is to make, I was even more excited because the last thing I have in my life is extra time.
Instructions are so simple… Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Remove the product from the packaging and place on foil lined baking sheet. Cook for 40-50 minutes (til center is 170 degrees) and serve.
Or if you prefer, you can even make it on a grill by spraying your grill with cooking spray and grilling the product for 35 to 40 minutes (flipping halfway through).
My kids and I totally loved the taste and I liked that they are 97% fat free. I know I will be buying more of these because I love when I can find a meal that is easy to make, tastes great and is healthy !!!
These products are available exclusively in Walmart stores and come in 2 flavors. The Walmart near me only carried the Lemon Herb but the Smokehouse Peppercorn sounds so good !!! I also liked that the price was under $5. Just add a couple sides, and your dinner is ready !!!

I like the pre-cooked strips of meat that I can toss on a salad any time of the day… I cant believe you cooked them for 40+ minutes! We cook chicken breasts for 24 minutes, 12 on each side! These things must be THICK!!!
