Bluefin 4D Vibration Plate Review

Disclosure: I was given the product featured in this post to facilitate my review. All opinions are 100% mine and not influenced in any way.

The Bluefin Fitness 4D Vibration Plate will give you a full body workout in just 10 minutes.  The triple motors provide four dimensional vibration, oscillation & micro oscillation for the ultimate workout.

Along with the vibration plate, it comes with a wearable remote control, 2 resistance cords that attach to the unit, 4 resistance bands in different tensions, an exercise poster, a workout + nutrition guide and the instruction manual.

I really liked the wearable remote control.  It made it easy to start and stop it and switch settings while you are working out.

I do yoga several times a week so I decided to do some of the moves on the Bluefin Fitness 4D Vibration Plate to make my core and legs work harder.  Chair and Tree are great poses to do on it.  Some of the other workout moves that I like doing on the unit are bicep curls, tricep dips and shoulder presses using the bands and then calf raises, squats and lunges off the back.

If you are strong enough, you can do push ups off it or just hold plank like my daughter likes to do.  This adds a whole new level to what muscles are working to hold you up.

One thing I absolutely love (and kind of found by accident) is that you can connect your phone’s bluetooth to the unit and play music through the vibration plate’s speaker. You can then create a fun workout mix and play it while working out.
