I did the Firm Yoga DVD again today (its only 31 min).  I plan to do some ab workout later… have been cleaning the house and putting away Christmas stuff.  That is a workout in itself !!!

I did the Firm Yoga workout before heading to the Blanchard Trail to to skate for awhile !

Can I eat cheesecake after dinner now?!?!

I did about 15-20 min of Step Pump and Jump (in 3 different time periods).  The workout at the Y the other day must have been harder than I thought because I am STILL sore from it !!!

I took the kids to the YMCA today and I did 10 min on the treadmill (3 min running and 7 min power walking), then I did a ton of arms, back, abs and legs with weights and then 5 min on the ellyptical. 

Weighed myself and I was 141.5 UGH
