The Bowflex Uppercut is the latest workout machine from Bowflex that helps “build powerful arms, shredded shoulders, rock hard abs and a chiseled chest” with over 30 exercise combinations including presses, pikes, flys and dives. The key to how it works is with the resistance bands and how it targets areas allowing you to build stronger muscles.
Putting it together was really pretty easy and didn’t take long at all. I was able to do it all by myself in about 15-10 minutes.
Using it isn’t complicated but it sure is a great workout. I am so out of shape that I could only do 2 push-ups the first day, but each day I was able to add another one. Kevin’s 16 year old son really liked using it to work out. He tried several of the recommended ways to use it… some were definitely harder than others.
I really like the “Dirty Dozen” workout poster that came with it. It gives you 12 different ways to use the machine which give you ideas that you may not have thought of. Each workout isolates a different muscle group in your body.
Scan the QR code on the poster and it pulls up the mobile app which has (5) 15-20 minute video workouts using the Bowflex Uppercut.
You can check out the video below to see it in action:
