Dollar General Trip for Nivea Body Wash

First let me say, this was a pain. The Nivea coupons are the new bar codes and the register is OLD at my store so it won’t scan so they had to call a manager and highlight each bottle on the screen and then manually type in $1.50 for each one. And the bottles are not the big bottles, they are the smaller ones (which the coupon does say its good on)
However, I needed a few things anyway and had the $5/25 coupon with me so it worked out to be an OK deal.
I got:
- 7 bottles Nivea Body Wash $2 each, used (7) $1.50 coupons
- Outlet strip with surge protection $6.50
- Dog nail clippers $4
- Flea comb $1.75
Used $5/25 coupon and paid $10.75 + $1.38 tax = $12.13 (which was less than the reg price on the items I needed to buy anyway)

Dollar general had these on sale for $3 & I had the 50% off Housewares coupon so I got them for $1.50 each (they are almost 10 inches tall).

First thing this morning I headed out to Dollar General to do the Libbys canned veggie deal:
16 Libbys veggies @ 40¢ each
Used (4) $1/4 printables (no longer available) — there is also a $1/4 coupon in 11/13 RP
Final Price: 15¢ each
NOTE: the register did NOT want to take off more than one coupon in my transaction and they had to do some weird way to get them to go through so I suggest doing 4 cans per transaction. **if your Dollar General is out, you can always price match at Walmart which may be easier anyway
Then I went to Publix and got this:
- (4) Sargento shredded cheese BOGO $3.99, used (4) 55¢/1 Sargento printable coupon $1.45 each
- (2) dozen eggs $2.09 each, used “Free eggs wyb 2 Sargento cheeses” coupon from All the Trimmings booklet FREE
- Dr Pepper & Dr Pepper10 BOGO $1.31, used BOGO coupon from yellow flier FREE
Paid $5.88 after tax
