Designer Whey Protein™ has spent more than $10 million on research to find the perfect blend of nutritional whey protein with great taste.  Whey protein is naturally derived from milk and quite possibly the most perfect protein when it comes to refueling the body. Whey’s ‘building blocks’ also known as ‘the essential amino acids’ are vital to recovery and performance. Active people who use Designer Whey protein products before and after workouts can experience increased strength, improved power, faster muscle recovery, better health and performance.

Designer Whey® and all of its products are now officially gluten-free certified. As a result, Designer Whey is one of the first protein brands in the nutrition category to have its entire portfolio of protein products (100-calorie protein powders, shakes, bars, drink mixes) gluten-free certified.

I was sent a selection of products to try and each was a hit with different members of my family.  Kyle and I totally love the French Vanilla protein powder that you add to milk.  It is so sweet and I really like that it adds 18 grams of protein in just one glass. Kevin and his teenage son finished off the protein bars after their gym workouts and said they were really good (I didn’t get a chance to even try those).  I also liked the Protein2Go mixes that you add to bottled water (especially the mixed berry one). These would be perfect for post workout hydration or even to help tide you over til the next meal.  And with 10 grams of protein and only 50 calories it is much better at helping to maintain your weight.  I find that protein helps me feel full and I tend to snack less throughout the day.  When I used to workout a lot, extra protein was essential for helping to build muscle mass.

You can find Designer Whey Protein™ products at store near you including Publix, Winn Dixie, Target, GNC and The Vitamin Shop (store locator) along with online retailers such as Amazon.com, Vitacost.com and more.
